A Nordic Self Storage System
Nordsta began as a side project among self storage owners with IT backgrounds. We ran small facilities alongside other work and needed a way to automate contract signing using electronic ID. In Sweden, that meant BankID. No system on the market supported it, so we built our own.
What started as a solution to our own problem quickly gained attention. Other operators faced the same challenges and wanted in. Demand grew, and we soon realized we were not just building for ourselves anymore. That was when Nordsta became a company.
From the beginning, we have been rooted in the Nordics. This is not just a system translated into Swedish. It is built from scratch to match how self storage actually works here. Foreign systems often miss the mark on what tools are needed. We build based on real, local needs.
Since then, we have grown organically, guided entirely by the people who use the system. We have formed a small but strong community of self storage operators who collaborate, share knowledge, and help shape the product. Together, we focus on solving real problems with practical tools.
